3. User Responsibilities

Eligible Users

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service
• You must provide accurate and truthful information
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any images you submit

Prohibited Uses

• Uploading images of minors without parental consent
• Uploading inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content

4. Image Upload and Processing

Image Requirements

• Images must be in PNG, JPG, or JPEG format
• File size must be less than 3MB
• Image dimensions must be between 200x200px and 1999x1999px
• Images must be clear and show your face and current hairline

Image Rights and License

By uploading images to our Service, you agree that:

• Ownership: You retain full ownership of your original images
• Right to Upload: You have the legal right to upload and share the images
• License Grant: You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:
• Process your images using AI technology to generate simulations
• Store your images (both original and processed) securely for up to 90 days
• Use anonymized images for service improvement and quality assurance for up to 2 years
• Display your simulation results to you through our platform
• Third-Party Processing: Images are processed by third-party AI services (AvalAI) as necessary
• No AI Training: We do not use your identifiable images for training AI models without explicit consent

Optional Marketing Consent

Separately from the basic service license above, you may choose to grant us permission to use your anonymized simulation images (with faces blurred or obscured) for marketing and promotional materials. This consent is:

• Completely optional and separate from using the Service
• Requested separately and requires your explicit opt-in
• Revocable at any time by contacting us
• Limited to anonymized/obscured versions of your images

Image Storage and Retention

• Images are stored securely using encrypted cloud storage (AWS S3 or compatible)
• Simulation images are retained for 90 days for your convenience
• Anonymized images for service improvement may be retained for up to 2 years
• You can request early deletion at any time by contacting us
• Images are automatically deleted within 30 days of account closure
